The terminal guides guests through the process and all information is entered using a keypad registration system. In this way, all the information required by the local and national regulations can be gathered. The system issues the guest with a card equipped with RFID that can communicate with the system that controls entrances and exits and with the other services of the facility.
CamperClean Check-In/Out terminals are compatible with all the most popular software dedicated to hospitality structures, such as c1: Manager, Easy Camp and others. This allows you to seamlessly integrate the terminal into your own system for managing pitches and reservations. The cards issued by the system can give access to various services, even for a fee, such as showers or washing machines. The campsite manager can set different access permissions based on the structure, as well as define special rates based on the type of service and the category of user, such as retired, children, animals or others.
The terminal also allows the connection and remote reading of the service columns. This allows the guest to know his debt situation at any time and the manager to automatically bill the services offered.
The system can also be optionally connected to a barrier system with license plate recognition, preventing the entry of unauthorized persons. At the payments level, cash and/or all the most common credit cards such as EC, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, as well as payment systems via smartphone pay and others are accepted.
