With about a month to go until the opening of the 17th Croatian Camping Congress, the rich program of events and conferences is taking shape, alongside the exhibition area. This important annual meeting of the open-air holiday sector will be held at Hotel Olympia in Vodice from November 14th to 16th, 2023.
It is an unmissable event for campsite owners and representatives, both from Croatia and abroad, as well as for public institutions, Croatian economic and trade associations, manufacturers, suppliers of camping equipment and services, and camping enthusiasts. It provides an opportunity for networking, exchanging experiences, learning about new trends, and discussing the most sensitive topics in a sector that is constantly evolving. The organiser of the congress is the Croatian Camping Association, while Camping Business is the event’s media partner.
A rich program of conferences and roundtables
The Croatian Congress will offer various moments of in-depth analysis and discussion about the major challenges and opportunities facing the camping sector. Artificial intelligence in campsites, the impact of climate change, the design of flexible and innovative accommodations, occupational and legislative aspects are just a few of the themes to be discussed in roundtable discussions and conferences (with simultaneous translation in English) led by industry experts.

Conferences:
In the conferences will be discussed the tourism law; the new ADAC classification with price trends, and new markets; the Artificial Intelligence in campsites; the climate change and tools to facilitate risk management; the importance of international OTA channels for camping business; the challenges in designing flexible and innovative accommodation solutions; the integration of workforce from distant countries; the new user experience: the interactive map with direct booking and 360º view of each accommodation unit; the ECG (European Camping Group) as the largest European camping group.
Finally, there will also be space for the presentation of some important awards: the best campsites will be presented with special quality awards – the Best Campsites of Croatia, OK Mini Camps, and the Slovenian Naj Kamp Adria quality award.
