  • ibex fairstay Certification: Camping Lodge collaborated with ibex fairstay to adapt the sustainability certification process for campsites. As a result, three of their campsites—Camping Alpenblick in Unterseen, Camping Erlach on Lake Biel, and Camping Jungfrau in Lauterbrunnen—have been awarded the ibex fairstay label, recognizing their excellence in sustainable practices across management, ecology, regionality, social responsibility, and financial performance.
  • Eco-Friendly Digital Presence: the company has developed low-carbon websites for its campsites, reducing CO₂ emissions by approximately 75% per page view. This initiative not only minimizes environmental impact but also raises awareness among visitors about digital sustainability.
  • Local Engagement and Resource Management: Camping Lodge emphasizes the use of local products and suppliers in their campsite restaurants and shops. They have established recycling stations for various materials, including grey and black water, and prioritize renovation over demolition by working with local craftsmen and using existing materials.
