The race for the ACSI Awards 2026 has officially begun, the annual accolades that celebrate the best campsites in Europe. For the fifth edition, campers can vote for their favorites across nine different categories, helping to determine the winners that will be announced on 1 May 2026.
In just a few years, the ACSI Awards have become one of the most anticipated recognitions in the camping sector. Their strength lies in the fact that they are decided directly by campers, who can cast their votes through ACSI’s websites, apps, newsletters, and social media channels until 25 January 2026.
Last year, more than 80,000 votes were collected, and this year the goal is to surpass 100,000. “For campsites, this is the most authentic recognition, because it shows that their services and hospitality are truly appreciated by guests,” says ACSI Director Ramon van Reine.
Campsites awarded in nine categories
To better reflect the diversity of the sector, campers can vote across nine categories. Options range from the nicest campsite for children to the best campsite restaurant, from the most dog-friendly to the campsite with the best sanitary facilities, as well as best swimming pools, motorhome pitches, and sites for cycling and hiking.
But the ACSI Awards also come with a bonus for voters: among all those who take part, over 100 prizes will be raffled off, including a luxury glamping stay in a SunLodge Jungle at Vilanova Park in Catalonia.

- Nicest campsite for children
- Best campsite swimming pool
- Best campsite for cycling
- Best motorhome pitches
- Most dog-friendly campsite
- Best location for a campsite
- Best campsite restaurant
- Campsite with the best sanitary facilities
- Best campsite for walking
