Winter Package and Eco Package: how to extend the season and reduce costs
The Winter Package is designed to make life in mobile and modular homes comfortable and pleasant, even in the coldest periods. b 11 additional options, among which the walls made with patented AST (Adria Sandwich Technology) technology stand out, with high insulating performance. The new winter package was developed based on Adria Home experience in northern markets, which have very high requirements in terms of insulation, heating, and uninterrupted hot water supply.
The Eco package, on the other hand, is designed with particular attention to environmentally friendly solutions, which allow for a sustainable and environmentally friendly life. In fact, it combines a variety of solutions that allow for a comfortable holiday with minimal impact on the environment. An offer that meets both the needs of end customers looking for sustainable and responsible holidays and accommodation facilities that want to preserve natural resources while optimizing the tourist offer.
The Eco package consists of 7 additional options, which include for example wall insulation with 100 mm thick glass wool with low thermal conductivity, heat pump for hot water and sanitary ware for the kitchen and bathroom with energy saving function. The all-season modular house Aurora Twin won the 2023 Red Dot award for product design, confirming its leading role in the offer of modular housing units for tourism. Adria Home wins this prestigious design industry award for the second consecutive year.
Finally, in addition to fine-tuning all the 2024 novelties for the catalog, which we have already talked about, the company celebrated its 20th anniversary by producing the 20,000th mobile home as a part of a project for its long-term Dutch partner ACSI. The jubilee mobile home was located in an Italian holiday resort – Pra’ Delle Torri.
