This year, Adria Home proudly presented its latest innovations at two key industry events: the SUN Beach & Outdoor Style fair in Rimini, Italy, and the KUH Congress in Croatia. Both gatherings provided an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders, showcase cutting-edge products, and reaffirm Adria’s commitment to sustainability and quality.
SUN Fair – Rimini, Italy
At the prestigious SUN Fair, Adria unveiled its MLine Pure model, which exemplifies innovation in sustainable construction and energy efficiency. Featuring the unique Adria WoodFrame Technology (AWT), this model offers enhanced recyclability of up to 87%, aligning with the growing demand for eco-friendly accommodations in the Adriatic and Mediterranean markets.

The event also served as a preview platform for MH Green, Adria’s upcoming breakthrough sustainable product, set for a worldwide premiere next year. Designed with the goal of achieving 100% recyclability, MH Green represents a monumental step toward tackling the sustainability challenges of tomorrow, proving that Adria is already prepared to meet future environmental demands.
Additionally, Adria Home highlighted its adherence to ISO 9001 for quality management and the newly acquired ISO 14001 certification, underscoring its dedication to environmental responsibility.
KUH Congress – Croatia
At the KUH Congress, Adria presented mobile homes tailored to meet the needs of resorts in the Adriatic region. SLine and MLine series are known for their modern designs, robust construction, and ability to extend the holiday season, making them top choices in the outdoor hospitality sector.
Discussions at the Congress focused on current trends in tourism, including the shift toward sustainable and energy-efficient accommodations. Adria emphasized its readiness to meet these demands, with products like MLine Pure leading the way in sustainable innovation and recyclability.

Astella – the new star of caravanning
This year, we presented ourselves for the first time together with Adria Mobil and the multi-awarded Astella caravan. The Astella model has set new guidelines in caravanning both in terms of design and usability and is actually a hybrid between a trailer and a mobile home, but with one big advantage – it can be static or easily taken to another location. It represents an interesting alternative to the offer of accommodation, and the first projects are already standing in Croatia and Italy.

Driving sustainability forward
Through its participation in these events, Adria Home showcased its role as a leader in the mobile and modular home industry. With products like MLine Pure already setting high standards in sustainability and MH Green on the horizon, Adria is prepared to shape the future of outdoor hospitality.
The fact is that we are present with projects in more than 500 camps and resorts throughout Europe and beyond. This gives Adria Home experience and, not least, the obligation to develop products that are intended for warm southern regions and demanding northern ones. This is how we will communicate from now on. Standard mobile and modular homes will be intended for the Adriatic / Mediterranean region, while year-round products such as the comprehensive Aurora series and MH Green will be intended for the Continental region, taking into account the most important standards such as OIB 6 (Austria), GEG (Germany), BENG (Netherlands). and EPB (Belgium).

Adria’s proactive approach to innovation and environmental responsibility ensures that it remains a trusted partner for resorts and hospitality businesses looking to meet the evolving demands of their guests while addressing global sustainability goals.
