After completing classical studies and earning a law degree in Milan, he established his own practice in Milan in 1999 and later in London in 2012. He provides ongoing consultancy in corporate, strategic, and governance matters. He is an expert in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and privacy regulations (EU GDPR). He serves on the Boards of Directors of companies primarily operating in the property and hospitality sectors. He has extensive experience in civil and employment litigation. A certified sailing instructor, he also competes in offshore racing and practises other water sports, alpine skiing, and tennis.
