The French company Brasero Industrie Concept offers a complete range of braziers and accessories which, depending on the model, are intended for individuals or professionals. The cooking plate, the bowl and the base are assembled without screws or bolts, and you can have the handles and accessories for easier handling.
The professional range includes two series: Méditerranée and Atlantique. The first one includes two models, with a diameter of 100 and 150 centimeters, two colors (corten and black) and the possibility of preparing up to 80/90 or a maximum of 120 portions. Prices start at €2,290.
The Atlantique series includes four models (100, 125 and 150 and the more equipped 100 version), which vary in size and weight and, consequently, the maximum number of portions that can be prepared also changes, ranging from 80/90 up to 120/140. The Brasero Atlantique 100, for example, has a diameter of 100 centimeters and weighs 158 kilos. Same diameter for the Atlantique Meuble 100 PRO, with wheels, grids and shelf included. Prices start at €2,290 and €4,860 for the larger model. The colors are always black or corten.
