Outdoor tourism is booming, with increasing demand that requires a corresponding supply. To better respond to the new needs of travelers who love outdoor vacations, Camping Revolution Day was created as an educational event focused on the new frontiers of outdoor tourism. This Italian training day is dedicated to industry operators who want to enhance their skills, anticipate trends, and structure their offerings of original products and services to attract new customers and not miss out on the opportunities of this market.

Organized by Teamwork, a company specialized in consulting and training for the hospitality industry, the training day will be held on November 24th, 2023, at the Hotel Belstay Venezia Mestre in collaboration with FAITA-FederCamping.

The target audience for this initiative includes owners, directors, managers, supervisors, receptionists, and booking office staff of resorts and campgrounds. The goal is to provide tools for effectively managing a resort or campground while meeting the challenges of the new outdoor tourism. Customer needs are evolving rapidly, and offerings must be increasingly compelling and comprehensive. Basic services must be accompanied by original products and proposals that can capture the attention of potential customers.

The program will include not only thoughts on outdoor tourism and its evolution but also a focus on the management of hospitality facilities, with practical examples and real case studies to learn how to anticipate guest needs, structure an offering, define sales prices, and organize a perfect service that leads to positive reviews. Participants will also learn how to promote their facility on social media, leverage sustainability or dining as strengths.

Participation in Camping Revolution Day is free for in-person attendance and available online for a fee of €50 + VAT.
