Organized by Teamwork Hospitality, with the patronage of FAITA-FederCamping, Camping Revolution Day is an educational event dedicated to outdoor tourism in Italy. A unique day, taking place on November 27th, 2023, at the Hotel Belstay in Venice Mestre, to discuss how the concept of tourist travel has evolved – no longer just a destination to reach but an experience to live – and how to enhance the company’s strategy to meet the new needs of customers.
In a rich program of meetings, participants will have the opportunity to listen to and engage with expert speakers from the outdoor sector and exhibiting companies. The goal is to provide those working in the outdoor tourism sector with the opportunity to learn about industry trends and innovations, successful case studies, and best practices, and, of course, to delve into essential topics for better management of resorts and campsites – sustainability, extrahotel revenue management, social media marketing, and technological innovation.
By participating in the Camping Revolution Day, operators in the sector will be able to acquire the necessary tools and skills to prepare a tourism offer adapted to the evolution of the market: in short, to build their own success by offering guests a memorable holiday, capable of satisfying new travellers’ desire for curiosity and discovery.
“This event,” commented Mauro Santinato, president of Teamwork Hospitality, “aims to inspire, educate, and connect key players in outdoor tourism, contributing to the sustainable development of the sector. Today, authentic and memorable experiences are a primary goal for travelers who choose outdoor tourism“.
The event agenda is packed with meetings and educational workshops on various topics. Here are some of the topics that will be addressed:
- Open Air 2030: Evolution of the sector – navigating future choices through data and trends.
- Revenue Management: Managing pricing amid price increases and ancillary services.
- Camping of the Future: Innovating the camping village for future guests.
- Camping Recruiting: How to select, manage, and retain the new generations of collaborators.
