The Camping&Outdoor Fair in Zagreb took place on March 1st and 2nd, 2025, at the Family Mall in the Jankomir district. The event, organized by Place2Go, featured exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia, and the Netherlands, showcasing a wide range of products and services related to camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. There were camping sites, camper manufacturers, tents and other equipment, camper rental companies, tour and outdoor activity organizers, travel agencies, and sports activities.
This edition focused on green and sustainable tourism, promoting a healthy lifestyle in close contact with nature, values increasingly appreciated and sought after by camping and outdoor enthusiasts. Over the two-day fair, visitors had the opportunity to explore everything related to the world of camping and outdoor activities, from the most attractive destinations and excursions to cutting-edge equipment, receiving valuable advice from experts and long-time outdoor enthusiasts. Also on display were motorhomes, rooftop tents, and the latest models of electric bicycles, symbols of an increasingly sustainable tourism.
Among the most popular stands were those showcasing the new attractions of Croatia and Slovenia’s green regions, further confirming the growing importance of a tourism offer focused on environmental respect and enhancement.
“Green tourism is closer to all of us than it was during the pandemic when we truly understood its value while confined to our homes,” emphasized Damjana Domanovac, the fair’s director. “Green tourism will continue to grow in the future, and I am particularly pleased with the increasing number of young enthusiasts”.
