After applying for payments suspension, Vacansoleil has been declared bankrupt

Yesterday we announced Vacansoleil‘s request to suspend payments due to the difficult financial situation. Today the company was officially declared bankrupt by the East Brabant court. The bankruptcy brings more clarity for employees and customers. Mr. Ben Arends and Mr. Lodewijk Hox have been appointed as curators.

The news about Vacansoleil‘s financial problems has not gone unnoticed. “We notice that there is a lot of interest in the company and the market that the company serves,” says curator Lodewijk Hox. “In addition to the attention for employees and customers, we focus on a possible restart. Without forgetting the importance of the creditors, because they also deserve our attention”.
