Description
Girocamping Pro is a professional event organised by the Associació de Càmpings de Girona with the aim of promoting knowledge sharing and professional development among open-air hospitality operators in Catalonia. Unlike a traditional trade fair, the event takes the form of a travelling symposium, hosted each year at a different campsite or hospitality venue, allowing participants to experience successful case studies and innovative management solutions first-hand.
The programme features keynote presentations, case studies, panel discussions and networking sessions focusing on the key issues shaping the future of the open-air hospitality industry. Topics include environmental sustainability, digital transformation, marketing, human resources management, service innovation and the evolving expectations of guests.
Although regional in scope, Girocamping Pro has become an important meeting point for the Catalan camping industry and also attracts professionals from other parts of Spain. Its format encourages the exchange of practical experiences and direct dialogue among industry professionals, providing participants with ideas and tools to improve the competitiveness of their businesses and successfully address the new challenges facing the open-air tourism sector.
