The Riva del Garda Exhibition Center is preparing to host Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza, an international event dedicated to the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Catering) industry, from February 3 to 6, 2025. Four thematic areas, three special zones, and the Outdoor Boom space – confirmed again this year following the success of previous editions – will serve as the ideal meeting place for professionals and businesses seeking to expand their ventures.
The B2B exhibition, with Camping Business once again serving as a media partner, provides a unique networking opportunity for professionals and companies representing excellence in hospitality and catering. Last year, the event welcomed 861 exhibitors, 20,000 visitors, 175 opinion leaders, and hosted 140 training events. As always, significant emphasis is placed on the training of HoReCa professionals, thanks to a comprehensive program of refresher seminars.
Outdoor Boom: a pavilion dedicated to open-air hospitality
For the third year, outdoor tourism takes center stage at Hospitality 2025. Following its successful introduction, the Pavilion (A2) – Outdoor Boom – will once again be entirely devoted to open-air tourism, featuring a wide range of proposals and content, thanks to a 3-year partnership with FAITA-FederCamping.
This dedicated space aims to foster networking and knowledge sharing. Alongside an exhibition of companies, suppliers, and partners in the sector (from glamping to more traditional camping), the program includes various discussions and exchanges with open-air tourism experts. Key topics include sustainability, accessibility, and marketing strategies. These insights will help operators enhance their offerings and adapt to the evolving needs of travelers.
Themed areas and special zones
The exhibition is organized into four thematic areas, providing space and visibility to all segments of the complex HoReCa industry. Three pavilions are dedicated to Contract & Wellness, showcasing a wealth of ideas and innovations in fabrics, furnishings, lighting, spa equipment, wellness solutions, tents, outdoor setups, and building renovation.
Renovation & Tech focuses on the latest technological solutions for energy efficiency and digitalization. Food & Equipment serves as a showcase for the Italian Food Industry, featuring producers of raw and processed products for the HoReCa sector, along with suppliers of equipment and technology for catering and hospitality. Lastly, Beverageoffers a comprehensive overview of the drinks industry, bringing together wholesalers, suppliers, and producers presenting their best products—from beer and spirits to water, coffee, wine, infusions, juices, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Alongside these sections, three special zones (February 3, 4, and 5) are dedicated to important aspects of hospitality and catering: craft beer, mixology, and wine tourism.
Solobirra is a showcase dedicated to high-quality craft beer and specialty brews from Italy and abroad. RPM – Riva Pianeta Mixology is a space tailored for mixology and bartending professionals seeking the latest innovations to enrich their drink lists. Spazio Vignaiolo is an area focused on wine tourism and experiential hospitality, organized by the Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino. Visitors to these special zones will also have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and various tastings.
Hospitality Academy: training for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality professionals
Hospitality continues to establish itself as a vital platform for networking with national and international buyers, as well as an essential event for staying updated on the latest trends in the HoReCa industry. The Hospitality Academy offers numerous professional development seminars each year. Covering topics such as accessibility, sustainability, management, and marketing, these sessions provide practical insights through case studies and innovative business solutions.
Complementing the fair’s program are additional events such as workshops, masterclasses, tastings, and cooking shows. These activities allow participants to explore industry novelties, anticipate future trends, and build valuable professional connections.
