Marking the prestigious milestone of its 50th edition, Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza once again confirms its role as a leading events for the hospitality industry. FAITA Federcamping will play a prominent part in the show, reaffirming its position as a key reference point for the open-air tourism sector. From 2 to 5 February 2026, at the Riva del Garda Exhibition Centre, the Federation will curate a packed programme of technical insights and forward-looking discussions within the Outdoor Boom Arena (Hall A2), focusing on the future evolution of camping and outdoor hospitality.
This year’s edition places the spotlight on some of the most critical drivers shaping modern tourism: sustainability, accessibility, digital innovation and data-driven management. Through its participation, FAITA Federcamping aims to provide operators with practical tools to turn current market challenges into opportunities for qualitative growth and long-term competitiveness.

2 February
- 15:00 – 15:45 | New horizons in inclusive open-air tourism – the “Di Ognuno” project
An in-depth look at the “Di Ognuno” initiative dedicated to universal accessibility. Speakers include Roberto Vitali (CEO, Village for All – V4A) and Cristian Catania (Lombardini22), who will explore how inclusivity can become a genuine competitive advantage for tourism businesses.
3 February
- 11:15 – 12:00 | Sustainable green management in campsites: from operating cost to value driver
Landscape gardener Cleto Matteotti will examine the strategic role of green spaces, from routine maintenance to environmental enhancement and guest experience. - 15:00 – 15:45 | Lagodigardacamping: stronger together
Presented by Elena Oppizzi, this session analyses the Lake Garda territorial collaboration model as a successful example of competitive destination networking.
4 February
- 12:00 – 12:45 | Meet & Greet – welcome aperitif
A networking moment bringing together operators, institutions and industry stakeholders. - 14:00 – 15:45 | FAITA National Members’ Meeting
A closed session for members to discuss federation activities and future sector strategies. - 16:30 – 18:00 | Special event: the future of open-air tourism (Main Theatre Stage – Hall D)
A strategic focus on the sector’s shift “from quantity to quality”. Speakers include Alberto Granzotto (President, FAITA National), Fabio Poletti (President, FAITA Trentino) and Roberto Failoni (Councillor for Tourism, Province of Trento). The event will also host the presentation of a research report commissioned by FAITA Trentino and conducted by CISET, curated by Dr Valeria Minghetti.
5 February
- 11:15 – 12:00 | From chatbots to digital AI agents
Diego Feltrin (CTO, Afliant) will explore the evolution of Artificial Intelligence in open-air tourism, from data analysis to advanced demand understanding and guest interaction.

FAITA’s presence at Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza, where Camping Business is a media partner, goes well beyond exhibition activity. It is conceived as a true ideas laboratory for the future of outdoor hospitality.
As highlighted by the Federation’s leadership, open-air tourism is undergoing a profound transformation: demand is increasingly oriented towards experience-driven and sustainable holidays, where technological integration and careful destination management become key differentiating factors. “This programme has been designed to offer operators practical tools, strategic vision and concrete content to navigate the sector’s evolution,” FAITA stated across its social media channels.
The industry’s next major appointment is set for Riva del Garda, from 2 February 2026.
