Hospitality Day will return to the Palacongressi di Rimini on 13 October 2026 for its 13th edition. Organised by Teamwork Hospitality, the event dedicated to the hospitality industry will welcome more than 5,000 professionals, including owners and managers of campsites and open-air accommodation facilities, alongside 200 speakers and 150 partner companies. A full day devoted to training, innovation and discussion on emerging trends and future industry developments, designed to foster networking opportunities and new professional connections among tourism operators.

As Mauro Santinato, President of Teamwork Hospitality, explained: “Hospitality Day was created 13 years ago to offer hospitality professionals a space for growth beyond everyday operational routines. In just one day, the event brings together thousands of professionals from across Italy to network, share experiences, and define the strategies needed to anticipate market evolution”.

Focus on innovation and skills

As is tradition, the Hospitality Day programme will feature a wide range of meetings and in-depth sessions focused on the most relevant issues shaping the sector. Topics will include the design and refurbishment of accommodation facilities, new forms of hospitality and regenerative tourism, themes that are becoming increasingly central to destination development strategies.

Significant attention will also be given to the managerial and technological challenges facing the tourism industry, from the impact of artificial intelligence and human resources management to communication, data analysis and the key trends influencing both Italian and international tourism. The aim is to provide operators with practical tools to understand ongoing changes, seize new opportunities and navigate market developments with greater awareness.
