The Florentine group Human Company, one of the leading Italian operators in open-air hospitality, is renewing its governance and entrusting operational leadership to Domenico Montano, appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. This choice focuses on managerial continuity and on consolidating the growth path undertaken by the Group, which currently manages 13 accommodation facilities, including holiday villages, campsites and hostels in Italy and Luxembourg, welcoming more than 4 million overnight stays every year.
Over the past five years, in his role as General Manager, Montano has played a key role in the company’s strategic development, contributing to the expansion of Human Company and to strengthening its position on the market. His appointment as Chief Executive Officer represents the natural development of this path and reflects the Board of Directors’ desire to continue with a management approach based on continuity, in view of the challenges and growth objectives outlined in the industrial plan.
Commenting on his appointment, Montano referred to the Group’s industrial plan, previously presented, which includes more than €350 million in investments and comprises the projects Hu Eraclea Village (Veneto) and Hu Cavriglia Sport Village (Tuscany). The manager described this as “the most ambitious phase in the Group’s history,” which will be faced “with the same conviction as always: growing by creating shared value for the territories in which we operate, promoting a tourism model capable of combining economic growth, sustainability and attention to local communities”.
