In the large group of French events dedicated to outdoor tourism, the second edition of IODE by Campo Oueststands out: this event, in fact, will host the 47th National Congress of FNHPA, the French federation that gathers companies operating in the open-air hospitality industry. The fair will be held in Vannes, in western France north of Nantes, from February 2nd to 3rd, preceded the day before by the start of the Congress. IODE will offer a covered exhibition area of approximately 6,500 square meters, divided into 2 pavilions. In total, around 170 booths are planned. The organizers developed 5 thematic areas: Accommodation and facilities; Equipment; Wellness, leisure and entertainment; Café-Hotel-Restaurant; Services.
To safeguard the health of guests and exhibitors, admission will be reserved for those in possession of the “health pass” and wearing the mask will be mandatory. Given that in France there is currently a ban on the consumption of drinks and food indoors, except seated at the table, the program of events and parties with related cocktails has been canceled. For the “networking” moments it will be necessary to settle for the gala evening on Wednesday, February 2nd.
As for the 47th Congress of the FNHPA, in addition to attendance in the presence, the participants will also be given the opportunity to follow the various general assemblies from remote. The start of the works, which will be given in the rooms of the Hotel Mercure de Vannes, is set for 10:30am on Tuesday, February 1st, while the conclusion will coincide with the IODE 2022 gala evening the following day at the Palais des Arts in Vannes.
