French Indés Campings is undergoing a transformation and is now a collective of independent campsites. Since its creation in 2021, the brand had been bringing together the campsite chains Airotel, Tréflio, and Bifolia under its umbrella. However, at the end of February, it evolved into a collective of owners and managers of independent campsites who do not necessarily want to be affiliated with a network or franchise that sometimes imposes overly restrictive constraints. Indés Campings aims to assist and support these independent owners, focusing on providing training and information.
A WebTV for training and information
The chosen means to accomplish this mission is Indéscampings.tv, the first WebTV exclusively reserved for members of the Camping Label Indés. Through short practical videos, this communication channel, accessible 24/7, will support managers in all matters related to the management and development of their independent campsite.
The WebTV will cover topics of great interest in areas such as marketing, communication, sustainable development, catering, digital, human resources, industry trends, etc., starting from general information and delving into details and best practices.
This is an effective way to share knowledge and allow participating managers to stay informed and develop their business. Alain Laparra, director of Indés Campings, explained that the invitation to join is extended to all campsites, regardless of classification, location, or other factors, as long as they are “independent”. By joining, they can not only access the training service via Web TV but also be included in the list of independent campsites on the Indés Campings website for greater visibility to the public.
