The world of glamping and the outdoors requires constant innovation in the housing sector, to intercept a public that is increasingly attentive to design and experience. EssedueHome is a young Italian brand that can however count on 20 years of experience in the carpentry sector.

Among its latest innovations, it has designed and created a new glamping tent with innovative features, directly inspired by the typical African safari lodges, made with high quality and eco-sustainable materials. Compared to the Kalahari model already on the price list, whose layout is spread over two levels, the Low Kalahari is built on a single level, therefore limiting the overall height. At the beginning of the year it was previewed, arousing great interest among the public, at Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza in Riva del Garda.

Glamping immersed in nature, between design and freedom

The goal of EssedueHome is to merge the outdoor experience of a tent with the practicality and comfort of a mobile home. This solution is in fact designed for all those campsites where the spaces do not allow the installation of a mobile home due to regulatory limits, or in cases where the measures are particularly stringent; the new EssedueHome curtains can in fact be made with customized sizes.

Installation is very simple and can be completed in a maximum of two days, including any connections (for which the space must obviously be prepared). Storage and transport are also extremely functional: each tent can be stored on 3 or 4 pallets (depending on the size required), making installation possible even in pitches not directly accessible from the road and allowing you to save significant amounts in transport. Unlike mobile homes, which require very expensive exceptional transport, they are moved with any traditional carrier.

Cutting-edge materials for a truly outdoor experience

The new design of EssedueHome, inspired by typical African lodges, allows light to filter through the large windows of the tent, in an environment that integrates perfectly with the surrounding nature, fresh even without air conditioning thanks to its shape which stimulates the recirculation of air.

Low Kalahari is not just a tent, but a real welcoming lodge, where design meets functionality. No more bulky poles: the structure is made of certified laminated oak wood, which guarantees resistance and stability. The curved beams, a distinctive element of this tent, not only give a touch of elegance, but also promote snow discharge and wind resistance, ensuring a peaceful stay in any condition.

Great resistance to bad weather is also offered by the “lifeproof” cover with a special external coating that protects against resin stains and dirt in general, as well as being completely waterproof to simplify maintenance. The tarpaulin integrates the windows and is able to withstand extreme weather elements, such as hail and high-velocity winds. Finally, the cover is compatible with the installation of a heating or air conditioning system, even if the design inspired by African lodges makes it necessary only in the most exposed environments.

Sustainable and certified quality

All the materials with which the EssedueHome glamping tents are made are designed to resist over time without particular maintenance, except for small periodic repairs, which can however be carried out independently. The laminated wood with which the structures are made is certified to be 80% more resistant than solid wood.

Finally, all the woods used to create the structures are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, an internationally recognized brand that guarantees that the products come from responsibly managed forests. This certification, still not widespread in this sector, ensures compliance with strict environmental, social, and economic standards.
