Club del Sole, an Italian operator in the outdoor vacation sector, marks a new strategic milestone with its entry into Trentino-Alto Adige. The announcement, made during the BIT Fair in Milan, concerns the acquisition of three new hospitality facilities: Caldonazzo Family Collection, Due Laghi Levico Family Collection, and Val di Fiemme Easy Camping Village. This move further strengthens the company’s position in the Italian market, already solidified by previous acquisitions in Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Marche.

A broader tourist offering in the mountains

For the first time, Club del Sole brings its hospitality concept to the mountains, focusing on a proposal that combines nature and comfort in every season. The acquired properties are located in some of the most picturesque areas of the region and offer a wide range of services for outdoor tourism enthusiasts.

  • Club del Sole Caldonazzo Family Collection is just a few steps from Lake Caldonazzo, offering equipped beaches, water sports, and cycling routes immersed in nature.
  • Club del Sole Due Laghi Levico Family Collection, overlooking Lake Levico, combines relaxation and entertainment with a private beach, a water park, and a rich entertainment program.
  • Club del Sole Val di Fiemme Easy Camping Village, surrounded by the Dolomites, is the ideal destination for winter sports and trekking enthusiasts, thanks to its proximity to the Val di Fiemme ski resorts.

Expansion and investments for the future

This operation is part of a broader growth plan that includes further acquisitions and investments in upgrading existing facilities. “The expansion into Trentino-Alto Adige represents a new chapter in the growth of our Group and allows us to establish a presence in a new territory for the first time, while at the same time bringing our innovative year-round hospitality concept to life, said Francesco Giondi, CEO of the Group. “Trentino-Alto Adige, with its extraordinary natural heritage, enriches our portfolio of destinations and, by extending the seasonality of our offering, enables us to ensure job continuity for our human resources“.

After a 2024 marked by the addition of three new facilities – Tenuta Primero Resort in Grado, Le Mimose Family Camping Village in Porto Sant’Elpidio, and Adriatico Family Camping Village in Cervia – Club del Sole looks ahead with new consolidation projects, particularly in Abruzzo, a region that has been part of the company’s history since its founding 50 years ago.

A sustainable and innovative tourism model

With the addition of these new properties, Club del Sole’s portfolio reaches a total of 27 facilities spread across 8 Italian regions, offering over 9,000 accommodation solutions. The Full Life Holidays hospitality model, based on a balance between comfort and nature, continues to attract tourists seeking authentic and low-impact travel experiences.

The company, committed to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, invests significant resources each year in sustainability, from staff management to service quality, and in respecting and enhancing local communities. Thanks to the support of investors such as NB Aurora and The Equity Club, who joined the company’s capital in 2024, Club del Sole is preparing to face future challenges with a solid financial foundation and a clear vision: to transform the concept of outdoor vacations by offering an innovative accommodation experience.
