Contact with nature, maximum comfort, discreet luxury. Today, the technological aspect is added to these fundamental elements for the perfect enjoyment of a stay in a mobile home. The Italian VPF is convinced of this and has included the Futura line in its range of products, enriched with home automation tools designed to revolutionize the interface between guests and the home. The presence of the Amazon Alexa voice assistant and a set of automated functions takes the mobile home vacation experience to a new level.
Controlling the lights, activating background music, opening and closing the electric veranda, turning on the induction cookers are just some examples of how the functions of the house can be managed through the voice. And to emphasize the futuristic aspect even more, VPF has thought of a design characterized by mainly dark colors underlined by the “warmth” of wood.
Each Futura module, built on a 100% galvanized iron chassis with an 18 mm phenolic plywood floor, develops an area of up to about 34 square meters, with the possibility of joining several modules. The infill walls and partitions are made with “sandwich” panels and then coated with traditional washable plasters. The roof with high thermal-acoustic insulation is guaranteed for snow load and, on request, can be walked on.
The perimeter edge is made with panels in CDF or in plated laminate (optional), while the floors are in porcelain stoneware with “made in Italy” ceramics, as are the PVC window frames with double glazing and tilt and turn openings. All systems – water, electricity and sewerage – are concealed and equipped with external connections for subsequent connection. The standard energy performance is class “C”, but with special precautions it is possible to issue a class “A” or “B” energy certification.
The mobile homes of the Futura series can be custom designed to meet specific needs related to disabilities. Guaranteed for two years, they can also be equipped with a fire-fighting system with water sprinkler.
