July ended with an important milestone for the organization of the 2025 Edition of Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza. The event, dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, has already allocated 50% of its exhibition spaces. “An extraordinary achievement,” commented Alessandra Albarelli, General Director of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, “which highlights the significance of this event for Ho.Re.Ca. companies. The fair offers exhibitors the opportunity to showcase innovations to both national and international markets at a strategic time before the start of the summer season”.
Now in its 49th edition, Hospitality will be held from February 3 to 6, 2025, at the Riva del Garda Exhibition Center, reaffirming its status as Italy’s leading trade fair for the hospitality and restaurant sector, which comprises approximately 330,000 public establishments and 1.4 million employees. The 2025 edition promises a larger exhibition areacompared to previous years and renewed spaces to welcome companies and professionals from the Ho.Re.Ca. world with their products and innovations, alongside training sessions and side events.
Enhanced activities for incoming foreign buyers
The event also confirms its strong international focus by enhancing activities for incoming foreign buyers. The Buyer Programme, developed for the previous edition, will be reintroduced for the 2025 edition, with delegations of buyers expected from around the world. Last year, buyers from Slovenia, Eastern Europe, Scandinavian countries, Spain, Portugal, the UK, Kenya, and Central and South America participated.
“Our scouting activities and renewed collaboration with the ICE Agency (ITA – Italian Trade Agency) will allow us to further strengthen the representation of selected buyers from various countries, creating even more business opportunities for our exhibitors,” stated Giovanna Voltolini, Exhibition Manager of Hospitality.
Additionally, thanks to the “international event” certification, exhibitors can access Simest’s subsidized financing, which offers incentives to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to support them in covering participation costsfor fairs (including registration, setup, material and product transport, and promotional investments made for the event).
