Description
On top of supporting specialist camping retailers, the Frankana Freiko Group works closely with local specialist workshops, focusing on long-term partnerships. Workshops benefit from the rapid availability of a wide range of workshop products, as well as from regular training courses at the Frankana Freiko training centre, which includes a fully equipped training workshop.
Businesses that meet defined quality criteria are awarded the “Fachwerkstatt” quality seal. These criteria include qualified, specially trained staff, high service standards and modern workshop equipment. The seal provides end customers with reliable guidance when looking for professional accessory installation and expert maintenance services. A further key feature is that selected products from the Frankana Freiko range may only be installed by certified workshops. Targeted training programmes ensure that participating workshops acquire and maintain the necessary installation expertise.
