Septeo’s Ulyses Suite debuts at major industry fairs: a strategic evolution towards a unified platform

The outdoor hospitality sector is experiencing a rapid technological shift that is redefining operational models, data management, and guest relations. Within this context, the presentation of Ulyses Suite at recent industry events – from Salon Atlantica in Niort to SETT in Montpellier – drew considerable attention from campsite owners, managers, and international groups, marking an important step forward in the evolution of management software for camping and holiday parks.

Developed by Septeo Hospitality, the platform has been designed as a unified ecosystem capable of integrating all the core functions of an open-air accommodation business. The goal is to move beyond the fragmented approach typical of traditional solutions, where multiple systems operate in parallel, often relying on partial or complex integrations. Ulyses Suite is instead conceived as a single architecture built around a shared data core connecting PMS, booking engine, payments, revenue management, CRM, access control, housekeeping, maintenance, HR, and administrative functions. Every department works with the same real-time data, reducing errors, improving profitability, and streamlining daily workflows.

The importance of AI

The official launch during Atlantica and SETT highlighted how the project represents a long-term evolution rather than a simple extension of the traditional Ulyses PMS. The suite introduces advanced artificial intelligence across several fields, from pricing and review management to automated guest interactions and behavioural insights. AI was not presented as a trend-driven feature but as a practical way to free up staff time in a sector where seasonality and turnover heavily affect operational efficiency.

Special interest was shown in the redesigned cloud PMS interface, which now offers comprehensive multi-property management, a mobile staff app, self-service kiosks for fast check-in, and dedicated modules for housekeeping and maintenance. Equally noteworthy is the native booking engine – based on Witbooking technology – which delivers a personalised, dynamic reservation experience enriched with real-time content and predictive conversion tools.

From integration to scalability

During the trade fairs, Septeo also showcased the integrated payment system, equipped with intelligent fraud prevention, automated reconciliation, and a streamlined payment journey from booking to check-out. The revenue management module combines a next-generation RMS with specialised consultancy and auditing services, while additional verticals include access control, F&B operations, event management, digital marketing, and human resources.

What convinced many operators and groups was the platform’s scalability: Ulyses Suite is designed to support both family-run campsites and international chains with complex portfolios. With more than 2,000 hotels and campsites in Europe already using Ulyses solutions, the new suite positions itself not only as a technological upgrade but also as a shared vision built around continuous dialogue with the market.

In the coming weeks, Camping Business will publish a dedicated technical analysis exploring in detail the suite’s main components – PMS, booking engine, payments, revenue management, guest experience, and access control – to provide a clearer view of how these tools can support and enhance operations in the open-air hospitality sector.
