SETT launches the new brand “Sett Hospitality”: a strategic shift towards the CHR universe

The Salon Européen des Tendances Touristiques (SETT) takes a historic step and expands its scope, inaugurating a new phase of its development. On the occasion of the 47th edition, scheduled from 3 to 5 November 2026 at the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier, the show will officially present Sett Hospitality, a brand dedicated to the CHR (Café, Hôtel, Restaurant) universe and an entire pavilion reserved for integrated solutions and innovative services for traditional hospitality.

The initiative arises from a concrete market need, where a significant rise in catering standards within campsites has been observed for some time. For several years, campsites have definitively moved beyond the simple snack bar to host real cafés, restaurants and accommodation offers that meet the standards of traditional hotellerie, says Philippe Robert, President of the Fédération de ltellerie de Plein Air Occitanie, organiser of SETT. A clear signal from the market that SETT has managed to intercept promptly, channeling it into the new platform Sett Hospitality.

An integrated vision of hospitality

The new space Sett Hospitality, hosted in Pavilion B1, will be designed as a guided immersive path, intended to give operators a complete overview of the available solutions. From professional kitchen equipment (cooking, refrigeration, large appliances) to furnishings, from tableware to management and payment systems, and including food and beverages: the aim is to offer a comprehensive solution for catering and hospitality.

The launch of Sett Hospitality therefore strengthens SETT’s positioning as a platform capable of supporting operators in all phases of project development, with a vision that integrates indoor and outdoor. In a single event, professionals will be able to plan the entire customer experience: from kitchen and dining areas to terraces, wellness spaces, swimming pools and infrastructures related to the energy transition.

In a highly competitive market, this global vision represents a real strategic advantage. It allows differentiation through innovation while optimising investments well before the start of the season, explains Gabrielle Quichaud, Director of the Show. To underline the importance of this development, the show will adopt a dedicated graphic identity for the brand “Sett Hospitality”, with a logo and specific communication aimed at CHR operators.
