Adria Home is starting the new season with the most important fair in Italy, SIA Hospitality Design in Rimini. The Slovenian company will be present in Hall B5, where for the first time on the Italian market it will show the brand new XLine series of mobile homes. The new XLine has been developed with a focus on improving the guest’s living experience and new design guidelines. Special attention has been paid to detail and material selection, as well as sustainable improvements. You can see all the novelties in the new Adria Home catalog.
The XLine series has also been recognised by the international professional public. In 2022, it won the Red Dot Award for Product Design and was selected as the Best of the Best product in its category. In the same year, it won the Big See Award, also for Product Design.

Prolong the season with the new MLine series
There is a good reason why the MLine series is one of the best-selling series on the Mediterranean. It stands out with its numerous floor plans and exclusive exterior and interior designs. In the new season, MLine will be presented with two new interior designs, Stockholm and Oslo. The existing Milan and Rimini designs have been minimally modified, while the new designs bring even more colour combinations.
The biggest novelty are the new Winter and Eco equipment packages. Based on Adria Home experience from a wide range of projects, two packages that will help customers to generate more revenue have been designed. How to prolong the season is one of the main challenges for investors and the Winter and Eco packages have been developed precisely with the intention to increase profitability.
Winter Package
The Winter Package is designed to make living in mobile and modular homes comfortable and pleasant, even in the coldest periods. The package consists of 11 additional options, among which stand out the walls with Adria Home patented AST technology (Adria Sandwich Technology), with excellent insulating characteristics. The new Winter Package has been developed based on Adria experience in the demanding northern markets, which have very high requirements in terms of insulation, heating, and uninterrupted hot water supply.
Eco Package
The Eco Package is designed with a focus on environmentally friendly solutions that enable sustainable living. It combines various eco-friendly solutions for living, with minimal impact on the environment. With this, Adria Home support sustainable and responsible behaviour and contribute to the conservation of natural resources throughout the entire process of use. The package consists of 7 additional options, such as 100 mm thick glass wool wall insulation with low thermal conductivity, a heat pump for hot water, as well as kitchen and bathroom fittings with energy saving function.
In the 2024 catalogue, both packages are marked with special icons, which you will find next to the floor plans. Adria Home believes both packages will be important elements in reducing costs for investors.
