The BiHoliday Group concluded 2025 with particularly positive results, reaffirming the solidity of its development model in the open-air hospitality sector. The Veneto-based group, operating two leading properties – Centro Vacanze Villaggio San Francesco in Caorle and Camping Resort BiVillage in Fažana, Istria – supported by companies specialized in catering and booking services, reported a total revenue of €34.5 million, marking a 13% increase compared to 2024
This performance significantly exceeds the Italian open-air sector average, which according to FAITA Federcamping data stands at +6.3%, and is accompanied by growth in guest numbers and occupancy rates, with peaks exceeding initial expectations. These figures confirm the effectiveness of a managerial approach focused on the quality of the guest experience.
The growth is underpinned by a model that goes beyond a purely commercial logic, based on a coherent and evolved vision of hospitality, combining development, attention to the territory, and placing people at the center. “We have never thought of hospitality as a commercial act, but as a responsibility,” stresses BiHoliday CEO, Eng. Maurizio Biasuzzi. “After more than fifty years in the tourism industry, continuing to grow means knowing how to evolve without losing our identity. The 2025 results make us proud because they are the outcome of consistent choices, targeted investments, and a vision that always puts people – guests, employees and the local community – at the centre”.
BiHoliday launches ambitious plan for its villages
The 2025 results are the natural outcome of a long-term vision. To further fuel this growth phase, BiHoliday has launched an ambitious Master Plan for Villaggio San Francesco and BiVillage, emphasizing innovation. The plan aims to rethink accommodation solutions, logistics, and shared spaces, placing guests at the center of every experience, from operational to strategic decisions.
The strategy leverages technologies, new organizational approaches, and digital transformations to make processes more efficient, without compromising the quality and human value that have always distinguished the group. In this context, the territory is also valued as an integral part of the guest experience.
“We look to the future with a clear awareness of what we represent,” Biasuzzi concludes. “True value lies not only in the numbers, but in the lasting impact we have on the people who choose BiHoliday, and in the culture of hospitality we are able to pass on to our guests and to all our employees.”
