Open-air tourism and the new economic scenario: it will be discussed on May 10 in Roncade (TV), Italy

The meeting “Open-air tourism. The new economic scenario for companies”. Organized by FAITA-FederCamping with Intesa Sanpaolo, the conference will be an opportunity for in-depth analysis to talk about the growth prospects of this sector.

During the day, a research carried out by the Intesa Sanpaolo Studies and Research Departments on Triveneto campsites compared to hotel reception before and after the pandemic will be presented, as well as the results of a pilot project dedicated to the theme of environmental and social governance(ESG – Environmental, Social and corporate Governance) conducted by IMQ eAmbiente on a representative sample of companies in the sector. In general, the goal of the event is to explore those dedicated business solutions that have been designed to address and manage the energy transition.

• Luca Trabattoni, Professor of Building Engineering – Architecture at the University of Pavia: The scientific method that made it possible to develop the algorithm for drafting the voluntary declaration of environmental sustainability of mobile homes
• Uwe Frers, CEO of PiNCAMP by ADAC Camping: Focus on the German demand basin and booking trend, development of the quality of Italian open-air structures
• Valeria Minghetti, CISET research area manager at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice: Systemisation of data relating to the open-air sector, support for the digitization of companies and development of innovative software to improve the digital communication of campsites and villages
• Michele Tamma, President of CISET of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice: State and prospects of the labor market in tourism from a perspective of ESG indicators, i.e. worker welfare in terms of professional growth and career paths
• Francesco Traverso, CEO and Co-Founder of H-Benchmark: Focus on the 2023 season and presentation of the new Ecobenchmark project, a tool for monitoring energy costs
