Among these are <strong>10 camping resorts<\/strong>, including the new 2024 addition, the 5-star Aminess Avalona Camping Resort on the island of Pag.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before assuming his new position on July 16, Mladen Kne\u017eevi\u0107 served as the head of sales, marketing, and business development, with <strong>his entire professional career spent at Aminess<\/strong>. For this reason, he expressed being &#8220;<em>extremely proud and grateful to be appointed to the company&#8217;s highest position<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new CEO has clear ideas about the company&#8217;s future: <strong>growth and innovation<\/strong> are the key words to keep the brand in line with market trends and achieve customer satisfaction. To accomplish these goals, Kne\u017eevi\u0107 will focus on <strong>significant investments in the existing portfolio<\/strong> and <strong>further expansion in Croatia<\/strong> through new acquisitions. Kne\u017eevi\u0107 plans to continue the company&#8217;s growth and expansion by <strong>investing in increasingly higher-category hotels and resorts<\/strong>, a path already taken with investments in the Aminess Khalani Hotel 5* in Makarska, the Aminess Avalona Camping Resort 5* on the island of Pag, and the Aminess Younique Narrivi Hotel 5* in Crikvenica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special attention will also be given to the internal aspects of the company. For Kne\u017eevi\u0107, <strong>employee satisfaction is a priority<\/strong>, and he intends to take care of the relationship between employer and employee by ensuring good working conditions, career development opportunities, and good communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two other crucial points will be, on the one hand, the <strong>digitization and optimization of internal processes<\/strong>, essential to facilitate new acquisitions and the integration of new structures into the Aminess Group system, and on the other hand, the <strong>development of asset light management<\/strong>, i.e., the management of hotels not owned by Aminess.
