Four thematic areas, three special zones, and the <strong>Outdoor Boom<\/strong> space &#8211; confirmed again this year following the success of previous editions &#8211; will serve as <strong>the ideal meeting place for professionals and businesses<\/strong> seeking to expand their ventures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>B2B exhibition<\/strong>, with <em>Camping Busin<\/em>ess once again serving as a media partner, provides a unique networking opportunity for professionals and companies representing excellence in hospitality and catering. Last year, the event welcomed <strong>861 exhibitors, 20,000 visitors, 175 opinion leaders, and hosted 140 training events<\/strong>. As always, significant emphasis is placed on the <strong>training of HoReCa professionals,<\/strong> thanks to a comprehensive program of refresher seminars.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outdoor Boom: a pavilion dedicated to open-air hospitality<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the third year, outdoor tourism takes center stage at <a href=\"https:\/\/hospitalityriva.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hospitality 2025<\/a>. Following its successful introduction, the <strong>Pavilion (A2) &#8211; Outdoor Boom &#8211; will once again be entirely devoted to open<\/strong><strong>-air tourism<\/strong>, featuring a wide range of proposals and content, thanks to a 3-year partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/faita.federcamping.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAITA-FederCamping<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This dedicated space aims to foster <strong>networking and knowledge sharing.<\/strong> Alongside an exhibition of companies, suppliers, and partners in the sector (from glamping to more traditional camping), the program includes <strong>various discussions and exchanges with open-air tourism experts<\/strong>. Key topics include sustainability, accessibility, and marketing strategies. These insights will help operators enhance their offerings and adapt to the evolving needs of travelers.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Themed areas and special zones<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exhibition is organized into <strong>four thematic areas<\/strong>, providing space and visibility to all segments of the complex HoReCa industry. Three pavilions are dedicated to <strong>Contract &amp; Wellness<\/strong>, showcasing a wealth of ideas and innovations in fabrics, furnishings, lighting, spa equipment, wellness solutions, tents, outdoor setups, and building renovation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Renovation &amp; Tech<\/strong> focuses on the latest technological solutions for energy efficiency and digitalization. <strong>Food &amp; Equipment<\/strong> serves as a showcase for the Italian Food Industry, featuring producers of raw and processed products for the HoReCa sector, along with suppliers of equipment and technology for catering and hospitality. Lastly, <strong>Beverage<\/strong>offers a comprehensive overview of the drinks industry, bringing together wholesalers, suppliers, and producers presenting their best products\u2014from beer and spirits to water, coffee, wine, infusions, juices, and non-alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alongside these sections, three special zones (February 3, 4, and 5) are dedicated to important aspects of hospitality and catering: <strong>craft beer, mixology, and wine tourism.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Solobirra<\/strong> is a showcase dedicated to high-quality craft beer and specialty brews from Italy and abroad. <strong>RPM \u2013 Riva Pianeta Mixology<\/strong> is a space tailored for mixology and bartending professionals seeking the latest innovations to enrich their drink lists. <strong>Spazio Vignaiolo<\/strong> is an area focused on wine tourism and experiential hospitality, organized by the <strong>Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino. <\/strong>Visitors to these special zones will also have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and various tastings.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hospitality Academy: training for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality professionals<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hospitality continues to establish itself as <strong>a vital platform for networking<\/strong> with national and international buyers, as well as an essential event for staying updated on the latest trends in the HoReCa industry.
