In this context, the project <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Career Development in Camping 2<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong>, promoted by the <strong>Croatian Camping Association<\/strong> (KUH) in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, aims to enhance the value of open-air tourism work and to encourage youth employment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the successful events in the Istria and Kvarner regions, <strong>the project now moves to the heart of continental Croatia<\/strong>: on May 7 and 8, 2025, <strong>Open Days<\/strong> will be held at <strong>Camping Vita<\/strong>, located in Terme Tuhelj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The initiative of the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camping.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Croatian Camping Association<\/a><\/u>, aimed at young people, job seekers, and professionals, offers <strong>the opportunity to get a closer look at how a modern campsite<\/strong> operates across its various departments: from reception management to food services, from entertainment for both children and adults to technical maintenance tasks. <strong>Sector professionals will share their experiences,<\/strong> explaining how each role contributes to the smooth functioning of the site and what skills are necessary to build a successful career in open-air tourism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As mentioned, the Open Days organised at <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terme-tuhelj.hr\/en\/terme-tuhelj?_gl=1*1jcc7wm*_up*MQ..*_ga*MjA3MzM0MDE1My4xNzQ1ODQ3Mjcw*_ga_09LGYF1QTH*MTc0NTg0NzI2Ny4xLjEuMTc0NTg0NzI4Mi4wLjAuMA..\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Camping Vita<\/a><\/u> are designed not only for <strong>students and young people seeking their first work experience<\/strong> but also for <strong>unemployed individuals and professionals<\/strong> already in the workforce who are <strong>considering a career change or wish to expand their skill set<\/strong>.
