Both analyses show <strong>a significant increase in bookings<\/strong> within the outdoor hospitality segment, <strong>a trend already underway<\/strong> in previous months that suggests an equally positive July.<\/p>\n<p>Several factors have contributed to these results, including <strong>favourable weather<\/strong> \u2013 in stark contrast to last year\u2019s poor conditions \u2013 and <strong>a particularly favourable holiday calendar<\/strong>: notably, two weeks of school holidays for German tourists in June positively impacted travel to outdoor accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctoutvert.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ctoutvert<\/a>, French open-air facilities have experienced <strong>continuous growth since October 2024<\/strong>, with the sole exception of February. In June 2025 alone, <strong>bookings rose by<\/strong> <strong>37.9%<\/strong>, while <strong>turnover increased by<\/strong> <strong>29.2%<\/strong> compared to the same month the previous year. It is noteworthy that <strong>40% of stays booked in June were reserved during the same month<\/strong>, while <strong>57% of sales recorded<\/strong> concerned stays planned for the peak summer season.<\/p>\n<p>Another key highlight ahead of the season is the <strong>excellent performance of budget and mid-range offerings<\/strong>. Interest in <strong>pitches<\/strong> and <strong>3-star classified facilities<\/strong> has grown, without negatively impacting other categories of accommodation.<\/p>\n<h4>Septeo: the average basket is slightly decreasing and stays are getting shorter<\/h4>\n<p>The report from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sequoiasoft.com\/en\/management-software-campsites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Septeo Hospitality<\/a> <strong>confirms this positive trend<\/strong>, with <strong>bookings up by<\/strong> <strong>28%<\/strong> in June 2025 compared to June 2024, accompanied by a 21% increase in turnover. However, some signs of contraction have emerged: both the <strong>average spend<\/strong> and the <strong>length of stay<\/strong> have <strong>slightly declined<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the <strong>average basket for rentals<\/strong> dropped <strong>from \u20ac1,049 to \u20ac1,025<\/strong> (-2.39%), while for <strong>pitches<\/strong> it fell <strong>from \u20ac363 to \u20ac344<\/strong> (-5.3%).
