The Sandaya<\/strong> camping group is evolving its governance<\/strong> and executive committee. These changes mark a new stage in the group\u2019s development and strategy, while remaining fully in line with its history.<\/p>\n

Co-founder of the Sandaya camping group, alongside Fran\u00e7ois Georges<\/strong> in 2010, Xavier Guilbert<\/strong> is about to exercise his retirement rights<\/strong> and therefore steps down from his position as Chief Executive Officer. He will continue to support the group, chaired by Fran\u00e7ois Georges, in his role as Senior Advisor<\/strong> on the Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n

Jean-Yves Challies<\/strong>, 55, takes up the position of Chief Executive Officer<\/strong> after having served for nine years as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for sales, marketing and IT. Meanwhile, C\u00e9cile Williot<\/strong>, 53, has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. She joined Sandaya in 2018 before holding the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of finance and human resources.<\/p>\n

For his part, Jean-Marc Hoarau<\/strong>, 52, becomes Director of Sales, Marketing and Information Systems<\/strong>. Since last year, he had joined Sandaya\u2019s teams as a project manager to lead the change of the PMS (Property Management System), a key step in the Group\u2019s digital transformation in France and internationally.<\/p>\n

Finally, Lo\u00efc Cerdan<\/strong>, 39, has been appointed General Secretary<\/strong> of Sandaya<\/a>. In 2019, he joined the group as Group Human Resources Director, with the task of structuring the human resources function. Lo\u00efc Cerdan will oversee and coordinate human resources and legal affairs.<\/p>\n
