BHI<\/strong>, the Italian subsidiary of Bio Habitat<\/strong>, has announced the 2027 edition of its Key West<\/strong> mobile home range, aimed at the premium segment<\/strong> of the open-air hospitality market. The new collection introduces design updates, upgraded interior finishes and a reinforced insulation system, reflecting the growing focus on accommodation comfort, energy performance and durability<\/strong> in campsites and holiday resorts.<\/p>\n

The 2027 range comprises four models<\/strong>, including the Key West 2Ca Slim<\/strong>, one of the collection’s best-selling layouts. The interiors combine wood, travertine-effect surfaces and porcelain stoneware with a restrained colour palette<\/strong>. In the living areas, the kitchen features full-extension drawers, an integrated sink in an ultra-thin worktop, push-to-open lower cabinets and integrated appliances. The sleeping areas follow a hotel-inspired approach<\/strong>, with full-height wardrobes, high-quality bed linen and direct access to the terrace. Bathrooms include showers measuring 120 x 80 centimeters.<\/p>\n

Externally, the new models feature a single-pitch roof<\/strong>, large openings and black contemporary-style window frames. The project aims to create a closer visual link between the homes and their outdoor surroundings<\/strong>, featuring terraces as presented by LamAmbiente<\/strong> and water features created by Aquaspecial<\/strong>for the Rimini stand.<\/p>\n

Exclusive cladding to be unveiled at InOut Rimini<\/h4>\n

One of the main announcements for the Italian market is an exclusive version of the Key West 2027<\/strong>, which BHI will present at InOut | The Hospitality Community<\/em> in Rimini. This model will feature fibre cement cladding with a bronze finish<\/strong>, offering an alternative to conventional exterior treatments for operators seeking a distinctive architectural appearance and careful integration into the surrounding landscape.<\/p>\n

Beyond aesthetics, BHI highlights the material’s fire-resistant properties<\/strong> and resistance to external conditions. The company says the cladding is non-combustible<\/strong> and designed to contribute to the protection of accommodation units against fire risks, while supporting long-term durability.<\/p>\n
