At the beginning of January 2021, the new LeadingCampings of Europe Holiday Guide will be published. With the new year there will be new entrants to the group, an association that brings together some of the best outdoor accommodation facilities in Europe, such as Le Pin Parasol campsite in the French Vendée and the Feddet Strand Resort on the Danish island of Zealand. The two structures have different characteristics, but share the highest quality of the offer, which is the fundamental requirement of a LeadingCamping. The Feddet Strand Resort is characterized by absolute attention to ecology, given its location: a protected peninsula in the Baltic Sea just 70 km from Copenhagen. At Le Pin Parasol, however, the offer is based on two campsites in one: an active and lively family site and a peaceful retreat for more mature campers.
In total, the Holiday Guide 2021 will include 36 campsites, spread across 11 European countries. It will be available as usual in all LeadingCampings, in intercaravanning dealerships and at selected rental and service stations, but can also be ordered on the LeadingCampings.com website.
If camping has been a favorite form of vacation in 2020, 2021 shouldn’t be outdone. LeadingCampings of Europe highlights that in a motorhome or in the car that pulls the caravan, you usually travel only with your family. Once at the campsite, the pitches allow you to maintain enough distances between neighbors. And in a press release it is emphasized that the spaces offered by the LeadingCampings structures are on average larger in size.
The group highlights that the well-being of guests and the health of employees are a top priority, and therefore important investments have been made this year as well. “For the next season, around 600 private bathrooms will be available in the whole group, i.e. sanitary units available exclusively for the duration of the holiday,” they say. “Many LeadingCampings have state certifications or other quality seals for hygiene related aspects. There are also facilities that allow contactless check-in and check-out and wherever the sports and entertainment offer has been adequate to ensure distance and fresh air”.
Even knowing that there is no absolute protection against possible infections, LeadingCampings declares itself ready to face the new season in the best way. “Many member campsites have made their cancellation policies as simple as possible,” they say. “Now is the right time to book the 2021 summer holidays in a LeadingCamping: we expect a great demand”.
Finally, the association stresses that it is not necessary to be equipped independently to experience a low-risk camping holiday: mobile homes or glamping tents offer the same benefits. The apartments are disinfected before arrival and are used exclusively for the duration of the holiday. The best European destinations can be found on the website www.glampingparksofeurope.com.
