Modular cubicles are the flagship product of the furnishing solutions for community spaces proposed by the Italian Ges Group. The Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) company offers multiple variations of this product, all characterized by inalterability over time and ease of maintenance. The G/S series of modular walls is entirely made of stratified laminate (HPL), ensuring maximum front coplanarity thanks to the shock-absorbing rabbet profiles and the automatic closing of the door with self-closing and self-lubricating hinges.
The upper connection is made by means of a 35 mm diameter silver-colored anodized aluminum tubing, while the junction clamps are entirely in gray glass-filled nylon 6. By adopting the lifting and upper connection systems, a high level of hygiene is guaranteed, and total antioxidant protection is obtained.
The stop profiles are in co-extruded gray PVC, rigid on the stop side and soft safety on the hinge side, while the doors are equipped with three nylon-coated galvanized steel hinges. The opening system with molded nylon lock with free/engaged indicator lock is equipped with a safety door lock and external emergency opening. The fixing of the partition panel to the front panel and to the wall is done through an anodized aluminum profile in primary anodized alloy T 60/60. As for the fixing to the floor, this is achieved by means of lifting feet entirely in fiberglass charged nylon 6 with a diameter of 35 mm with 12 mm adjustment screws. The hight is 15 mm, adjustable +/- 30 mm to ensure it is perfectly leveled.
