SUN Beach & Outdoor Style 2020, last day. This year’s edition was interesting, where perhaps some operators were missing, but where those present were able to find a lot of interest. Camping Business is a media partner of the event and has followed with great attention all the debates that have developed on how to overcome the difficulties caused by the pandemic.
Among the protagonists of the event is FAITA Federcamping, organizer of numerous meetings in the Camping Arena. Here yesterday we talked, among other things, about security and marketing, with diversified points of view but all oriented to offer the accommodation facilities food for thought to face a new season that at the moment still presents many unknowns.
Thus, among the themes of SUN 2020 emerged the possibility of relying on innovative insurance policies capable not only of covering any damage strictly related to the pandemic, but above all of reassuring the tourist, offering him a safety net. Or the need to rethink and readjust marketing strategies according to the new scenarios, where for example a new type of public, often of Italians people rather than international people, has appeared.
Here is a selection of the topics touched upon by the conferences on the last day:
- Turismo e normativa: come utilizzare misure e fondi a vantaggio dell’azienda

Italian tourism resumes slowly: sea and mountains perform better than art cities
