The company not only engages in the construction of large structures, such as gyms, wine cellars, industrial structures, and private structures, but also of smaller solutions, such as verandas. Each specific project is designed to best adapt to natural needs, with the aim of satisfying the customer’s requests in the best possible way. Available in six families
Basically, the verandas for mobile homes made by Pacchiani Holz are divided into six lines: Exclusive, Elegance, Smart, Style, Classic and Minimal, all made to measure in solid fir and laminated GL24h wood, impregnated and with knurled floor, parapets and roofing, stairs or access platform. The wood used is imported directly from the best sawmills in Austria, Germany, Finland, Sweden, and Eastern European countries, all guaranteed by the PEFC certification for reforestation.
The entire production process is carried out inside the company through the use of numerical control machines and specific high-tech instrumentation. All the wood used in the construction is treated with water-based impregnating agents and finishes for exteriors free of harmful substances for the environment. The installation is carried out by highly qualified personnel with modern technologies and equipment.
Modularity is a distinctive feature of the entire production: finishing and design elements are added to the modular construction of each structure, thanks to which it is possible to achieve a high level of customization. Each veranda is designed to adapt to different types of mobile homes and are designed to ensure large and bright spaces that allow you to live outdoors in maximum comfort.
