From 8 to 10 October 2025, the Rimini Expo Centre will host the third edition of InOut | The Hospitality Community, Italy’s leading event for the hospitality industry. Among the leading names this year is architect Simone Micheli, who will unveil a new installation with a strong visual impact: “THAT’s the POINT | luxury suite”.
The installation will extend across 900 square metres, with a 200-square-metre luxury suite at its core, complemented by a networking lounge and a museum-style temporary bookstore. Following the 2024 edition, where Micheli presented Hospitality Circle, this year marks a further step forward: moving from a reflection on the relationship between space and people to an immersive, multisensory experience where materials, lighting and form work together to redefine the very notion of hospitality.
“THAT’s the POINT” has been conceived under the art direction of Roberta Colla and developed by Simone Micheli Architectural Hero, in collaboration with an extensive network of international brands and technical partners. The companies involved have been selected for their innovative approach and their ability to anticipate the evolving needs of the sector, transforming the architect’s visionary language into tangible solutions for hotels and tourism operators.
The project positions itself as both a space for experimentation and a business showcase: on the one hand, an expressive environment designed to generate emotion; on the other, a showcase for products and furnishings focused on innovation and sustainability. In this respect, InOut reaffirms its role as a hub for dialogue between creativity and industry, where design research meets practical market applications.
For exhibitors and professional visitors alike, Micheli’s luxury suite is not simply an artistic installation but also a strategic laboratory, offering insights into the future direction of contemporary hospitality and helping businesses identify the most promising areas for investment in a constantly evolving market.
