ACSI is looking for an Accommodation Operations Manager for Southern Europe, based in Veneto, Italy

The Ducth organization is looking for a full-time Accommodation Operations Manager, who from Veneto (Italy) will have to manage about 500 SunLodges and mobile homes in Southern Europe.

Here is how ACSI describes the work activities of the Operations Manager:

• It is the organization’s first point of contact with regard to the housing situation. Knowing it perfectly as a whole, he will be responsible for updating it, using a planning system for annual management that includes aspects ranging from budget to maintenance, from quality to optimization
• Provide support and help to the managers of the different sites and to the team of technical professionals. It will be the first point of contact in coordinating the opening and closing (in summer and winter), technical maintenance and professional training of managers
• Will work closely with the various offices and will report directly to the Touroperating Manager
• Will be responsible for local purchasing processes and contracts relating to maintenance and organization of cleaning and laundries
• Will work closely with campsites and suppliers to ensure the best organizational conditions, the quality and delivery terms of the accommodation, also checking compliance with stipulated contracts
• He/she must always be aware of the local laws, regulations and procedures relating to the positioning, movement, and possible adaptation of the accommodation
• Will work in accordance with and in compliance with the different procedures of the campsites and must always be aware of the local legislation relating to the placement of accommodation in campsites

Those interested in this job position must have the following requirements:

• Experience in the camping sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity in facing new challenges
• Technical and administrative experience, as well as knowledge of Excel and specialized applications (Exact / Synergie)
• Willingness to work on projects that involve particularly high workloads in the periods from February 15 to June 15 and from September 30 to November 15, during which it is necessary to ensure the willingness to travel a lot
• Excellent communication skills in Italian, English and preferably in another European language
• Ability to work in a team and excellent individual initiative
