Campingnavigator has started to invest time, energy, and money in Glamping.nl to further develop the web portal. Glamping.nl is already a point of reference for Dutch lovers of this new camping philosophy, as well as for all accommodation facilities that offer glamping experiences and want to attract customers from the Netherlands. The site currently hosts content on over 900 destinations in 18 European countries.
Quality texts, photographs, and images
Since 1983, Campingnavigator has been pursuing a consolidated strategy for the promotion of companies operating in camping and glamping. At the center of its action plan are the contents, created with great care both from the point of view of texts and with regards to images and videos. “Glamping.nl, for English people Glampingguide, has always been a very nice and effective editorial product to navigate,” said Peter Doornekamp, owner of Campingnavigator. “Now the company is ready to invest in Glamping.nl to take it to an even higher level. We will update the site by publishing texts, images and web links to content and structures, with the aim of offering users a highly valuable experience”.
Campingnavigator will focus even more on enhancing the differentiating elements of each brand, link building and storytelling. Doornekamp says he is convinced that, thanks to the efforts of the whole team, 2024 will be the year of Glamping.nl: “The Campingnavigator family has grown a lot in the last two years, acquiring new professionals, new types of content, social campaigns to follow, and many visitors. All this gives me a lot of energy”.
The acquisition of Travelmark-Blogs4Travel
In October 2022 Campingnavigator acquired Travelmark-Blogs4Travel, bringing under its umbrella several sites, dedicated to glamping (Glamping.nl) or family camping (kids-campings.com) but also regional sites such as toscana.nl or marche.nl, for a total of 15 portals. Sites that offer content and bring traffic and which will be optimized over time to grow further.
In this way Campingnavigator, created to promote campsites and pitches, with an eye to the most demanding tourists traveling during the low season, is expanding its user base with a wide-ranging offer all year round. This offer embraces different types of campsites and tourist villages.
Let’s talk about the experience
According to Peter Doornekamp, it is important to talk about glamping as a whole, fully enhancing the aspects of the experience, which must always truly live up to customer expectations.
In the storytelling of glamping, therefore, not only the accommodation or the qualities of the structure must be best described, but also the surrounding natural environment, and more generally what the tourist can expect on an experiential level, choosing to spend his holidays in that place. The contents that will enrich Glamping.nl will also arise from this assumption.
