The Italian HoReCa trade fair sector prepares for a historic milestone: from 2 to 5 February 2026, the Riva del Garda exhibition centre will host the 50th edition of Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza. Organised by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, the event confirms its status as the strategic reference point for identifying new trends and building valuable relationships during a phase of profound transformation within the supply chain.
The fiftieth anniversary edition takes place within a highly significant economic context: the hospitality and catering sector in Italy generated a turnover of approximately €107.1 billion in 2024, with a value-added of €53.8 billion. In this scenario, Hospitality 2026 further strengthens its focus on the beverage sector – from mixology to wine, through to non-alcoholic options – highlighting its central role in modern hospitality models.
Focus on open-air tourism and Outdoor Boom
For campsite and holiday village operators, the appointment in Riva del Garda is of particular importance thanks to the Outdoor Boom pavilion. This area is entirely dedicated to the extensive open-air offering, with a focus on experiential concepts, design, and inclusive planning. The fair provides stakeholders with concrete tools to face market challenges and discover the most relevant innovations for outdoor tourism.
Camping Business, as a media partner of the event, will follow the exhibition to highlight the best opportunities dedicated to managers of open-air accommodation facilities.
A widespread experience: the Out&About programme
To mark the 50th edition, the exhibition experience will cross the boundaries of the over 45,000 sqm exhibition centre. Indeed, Out&About – The outside side of Hospitality is launched: a programme of events and initiatives that will bring the themes of the event directly into the city of Riva del Garda. Through tastings, talks, and networking moments, the project aims to create authentic connections between professional business and the local culture of hospitality.
Special areas and training
In addition to the pavilions dedicated to Contract&Wellness and Renovation&Tech, the fair will host themed areas of excellence in Pavilion B4:
- RPM – Riva Pianeta Mixology: dedicated to the latest trends in mixology
- Spazio Vignaiolo: dedicated to local wineries and territorial excellence
- Solobirra: an area reserved for craft beer and its innovations
Furthermore, the event will host the preview presentation of a Full Report on Wine Tourism, a strategic document for understanding the evolution of wine-related tourism and the sustainability of destinations.
