Pierre Houé & Associé SA Group (parent company of Capfun, Clico Chic, and Vagues Océanes) is celebrating the milestone of owning 200 campsites. This news comes from the website L’Officiel des terrains de camping, which reports on the French group’s latest acquisitions: 10 campsites, 9 in France and one in Belgium, ranging from 2- to 4-stars.
With this investment, the PHA Group – led by founder Pierre Houé along with his three children Nicolas, Rémy, and Marion – continues its expansion, further solidifying its position as a European industry leader. This acceleration follows the recent acquisitions in February, when four campsites in France and two in Italy (Europing Camping Village in Tarquinia, Tuscany, and Città di Angera campsite located on the shores of Lake Maggiore) became the property of Capfun.
Today, the group boasts 168 campsites in France and 32 abroad (16 in the Netherlands, 8 in Spain, 3 in the United Kingdom, 3 in Belgium, and 2 in Italy), with a total of nearly 67,000 pitches directly managed.
The 10 new campsites are:
- Les Chevaliers (2-stars, 180 pitches) in Houlgate (Calvados)
- Les Charmilles (4-stars, 284 pitches) in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée (Charente-Maritime) – In the opening photo
