French mobile home manufacturer IRM, a brand of the BIO Habitat Group, has introduced a new model specifically developed to meet the needs of campsites and holiday parks that accommodate seasonal staff. The IRM Cahita Trio is built on a 10.60 x 4 metre chassis and features three independent studio units, each designed to offer seasonal workers a comfortable and private living space.
Each studio includes a bright living area at the front, with a sleeping space and compact bathroom at the rear, as well as dedicated storage for each occupant. The three units are completely self-contained and acoustically insulated from one another by a double wall with integrated soundproofing.
This solution offers a cost-effective and practical option for open-air hospitality operators looking to improve their staff accommodation facilities, while also supporting more inclusive and respectful working conditions for seasonal employees.
Founded in 1992 by Jean Tessier – who initially imported mobile homes from the UK – IRM is one of the pioneering brands in the French mobile home industry. The company is based in La Chaize-le-Vicomte, in the Vendée region, and operates six production facilities in France and one in Castello d’Argile, Italy (BHI).
