Air conditioners are essential to provide outdoor-loving tourists with a highly comfortable experience within a context that emphasizes direct contact with nature. The new range of Multi Space Comfort air conditioning units from ECA Technology is a cutting-edge solution, particularly suited for accommodations that require versatile systems with high performance and low energy consumption. In addition, the Multi Space Comfort system meets the requirements for tax deductions and ongoing regional grants.
Combining cooling, heating, and domestic hot water (DHW) production allows for greater efficiency in both the air conditioning system and the hot water supply. The Multi Space Comfort heat pump outdoor units can be paired with a 185-liter tank and offer operation modes for Cooling, Heating, and Domestic Hot Water production.

Heat recovery during the air conditioning cycle concretely improves energy efficiency, reducing operating costswhile respecting the environment. Management of the ECA Technology-branded system is optimized by remote Wi-Fi control and customizable smart settings.
All the advantages for the tourism sector
The Multi Space Comfort system, available in two power sizes, can be combined with all ECA Technology wall-mounted indoor units. In addition, Multi Space Comfort is compatible with floor, cassette, ducted and ACS boiler indoor units. A freedom of configuration that allows customisation of the climate and water system to focus on the needs of the individual building.
The possibility of supplying several indoor units simultaneously and the compact design allow for optimal space management, even in the case of smaller accommodation, to the benefit of accommodation managers and the tourists who live there. The integration of advanced features such as anti-legionella electrical resistance and anti-corrosion treatment ensure long life and health safety, even in environments where use is intensive.

Intelligent management of the air conditioning system
ECA Technology splits can be managed through the Climacard system: a device designed to reduce waste by switching off systems when guests do not need to use them. Guests are given a Smart card with time credits, which can be recharged and managed quickly and easily directly by the facility’s staff. The guest can heat or cool simply by inserting the card in a reader that is very intuitive to use.
The Smartcard reader is also able to control the room temperature and enables direct climate control without even using the remote control.

FeelPlus and Syntek
ECA Technology has been involved in high-efficiency air conditioning for the B2B and B2C market for over 40 years, and all its products are characterised by high quality and low consumption. The Syntek and FeelPlus systems are aimed at residential or tourist facilities and are therefore easy to install, clean and maintain.
Recently, the Syntek range has been joined by Syntek Shine Plus air conditioners, equipped with inverter technology and therefore able to automatically adjust power according to room temperature, so as to keep energy costs under control even when guests forget to switch off. The Syntek Shine Plus and FeelPlus+ ranges also use the environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant gas, which has a reduced impact on the environment compared to other gases and optimises system efficiency.
ECA Technology is ready to support its customers in the choice and customisation of the heat pump air conditioner, to adapt the system to different types of housing and systems.
