With the closure of the voting on September 25, the three vacant seats within the Board of Directors of the RV Industry Association were filled, the American association representing 495 RVs manufacturers and component suppliers.
Nine candidates had volunteered to fill the open positions in August 2023. Among these, the following were elected: Ashley Bontrager Lehman, founder, president, and CEO of Ember Recreational Vehicles, with a career developed in marketing; Trevor Kropf, who has been with Kropf Industries since 2010, first as a controller and currently as general manager since 2021; and Heather Jenks, vice president of RV Sales at Genesis Products since 2015, who takes the seat designated for suppliers.
Their term will last for three years, commencing on January 1, 2024. Along with the other board members, the newly elected individuals will be responsible for defining and overseeing the Association’s strategy and policies related to critical topics such as marketing, government affairs, events, industry education, and association finances.
