Three days of debates, seminars, meetings. From October 11th to 13th, InOut |The Contract Community will see operators from the tourism, hospitality, and outdoor sectors gathered to plan a future in which new ways of cultural contamination will correspond to new building and interior design standards. Within this great event, Camping Business is media partner of SIA Hospitality Design, where the world of open-air accommodation facilities will meet to connect supply and demand for accommodation, equipment, and services.

The Think Future world

For the 2023 edition, the Think Future schedule includes 5 Arenas dedicated to InOut |The Contract Community and 4 Arenas reserved for TTG Travel Experience, the main B2B tourism marketplace in Italy. 9 arenas, therefore, for a total of more than 200 events and a parterre of over 250 Italian and foreign speakers who will bring their experience and ideas on the evolution of the tourism sector. The main theme of the events calendar, in line with that of the event, is the Time of Utopia expressed in its many facets and interpretations.

With our arrival in the Rimini exhibition centre, exactly 20 years ago, we have constantly enriched and expanded our program of debates, speeches, and conferences,” comments Gloria Armiri, Group Exhibition Manager – Tourism & Hospitality Division of the Italian Exhibition Group. “We have always been distinguished, and more so every year, by the contribution of voices from outside the sector, who present new points of view, inspirations, and virtuous cases to refer to. It is a value that has been recognized over time and which is now highly appreciated by entrepreneurs and professionals in the sector. Our arenas have in fact become spaces for updating, creativity, and training. This is why for some years we have liked to unite them under the Think Future label, a fixed name for the program schedule but also an invitation to a mind that is always ready to grasp and manage new situations and new challenges“.

The InOut |The Contract Community world

In the cultural program of InOut | The Contract Community, the Time of Utopia is based on three pillars: traveler-environment relationships, new forms of sustainable transport for locations and hotels, and the most recent building and interior design standards, all developed to identify the macro categories of the most representative meetings of the schedule.

In the 5 Arenas, debates, comparisons, and insights will alternate to take stock of the impact of architecture on the environment, the value of hospitality within the travel experience and the evolution of the outdoors as a form of sustainable tourism. The objective is to create innovative development prospects, offering sector operators the opportunity to engage with the speakers, exchanging ideas, and opinions.

Also on October 12th, in the Open Air Arena, the focus on the Treeview exhibition project will highlight how algorithms, computational design, and patterns are ready to improve the concept of hospitality by imitating nature. Literally in the name of water, inside the Poolwide Arena, the speakers will talk about new scenography and architecture to integrate the swimming pool into the landscape. The Green Arena, however, will be transformed into a stage to host a very special orchestra, which will play The Music of Plants thanks to a futuristic sound installation created to connect vegetal, human, and artificial intelligences.
