The European Travel Commission (ETC), the non-profit organisation responsible for the promotion of Europe as a tourist destination, together with 20 other organisations representing the travel and tourism industry at European level, signed the Code of Conduct on Data Sharing in Tourism, a non-binding document signed on a voluntary basis, which has the primary aim of helping to build trust and promote data sharing agreements in Europe.
